Prompt / Bucket Lists

Check out the free worksheets for prompts on kindness, play, and creativity!  These are designed for all ages and are mostly free activities.  We call them "bucket lists" because we invite people to see if they can do them all!  Don't forget to use the hashtag

Cultivate Kindness Rock Garden

Cultivate shares a kindness rock garden in front of its gallery space.  A kindness rock garden is a garden of beautiful rocks with words of kindness on them. Each rock has been hand painted and created by members of our community to help our community, to make someone smile, to share a little more kindness with the world. We invite people to take a rock for themselves to keep or to leave in a new space, or people are welcome to leave a new rock for someone else to find.

In the worksheet below, we share ideas for Words of Affirmation and Kindness that people can share.  These are simply suggestions, but we welcome any and all words that make people feel good!

Creative Reflection Worksheets

Prompts that help participants reflect on their experiences with each workshop. Prompts ask participants to journal about new ideas, feelings about their creative process, or obstacles they are facing.

Progress Support Forms

Simple forms that allow participants to track and honor their progress through the 12-week program. This could include checklists for daily or weekly creative tasks, like writing morning pages, artist dates, and time spent on specific projects.
