Position Summary:

​

Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp located in beautiful Western Michigan seeks faculty to teach a variety of courses in our Visual Arts Program. Founded in 1966, Blue Lake offers two-week sessions for young artists grades 7 – 12. Open positions vary per session. Faculty positions include classes in:

• Drawing & Painting

• Ceramics

• Printmaking/Book Arts

• Fiber Arts

• Mixed Media

• Sculpture

• Screen Printing on Fabric

• Metal Arts

 

Art faculty instruct students daily in a medium of specialty and related techniques, as well as collaborating with colleagues in periodic workshops and masterclasses. Faculty members also work together to develop and present the student art show at the conclusion of the session. Sessions run from late June through August. Teaching experience and BA/BFA required, MA/MFA preferred.
