Position Summary:
Cultivate is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Arts Outreach Intern to join our dynamic team for "The Artist's Way Project," a pioneering initiative that aligns closely with contemporary art's cutting edge. This internship offers the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of activities, from logistical support to social media engagement, facilitating community outreach, and assisting in the execution of innovative workshops and public art installations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for contemporary art, strong organizational skills, and a desire to engage with artists and community members.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Workshop and Event Support: Assist in organizing and distributing materials for innovative art workshops and public installations.
2. Volunteer Coordination: Support the coordination of volunteers, including scheduling and day-of-event management.
3. Digital Engagement: Contribute to the project's social media strategy, including content creation and updates.
4. Artist and Speaker Liaison: Provide logistical support to artists, speakers, and performers participating in the project.
5. Community Engagement: Help organize community engagement activities and feedback sessions.
6. Documentation: Assist in documenting project events and participant feedback for impact assessment.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital engagement strategies.

1. Resource Compilation: Collect and organize comprehensive resources relevant to artists' professional development, including grants, residencies, call for entries, and educational opportunities.
2. Information Dissemination: Develop strategies for effectively sharing these resources with the artist community through newsletters, social media, and the Cultivate website.
3. Program Development: Assist in designing and implementing programs and workshops that address the needs and challenges of artists, such as portfolio development, digital marketing, and financial planning for artists.
4. Artist Advocacy: Act as a liaison between artists and opportunities by facilitating introductions, recommendations, and providing guidance on application processes.
